Good evening,
Ladies and Gentlemen.
Thank you very much for coming out to support this educational event.
Tonight's topic is Anxiety. Accord to the latest survey, anxiety
Has become a huge concern which affects many people’s life.
Have you ever panicked during a job interview? Have you worried about your health?
Yes, many of us have experienced some degree of anxiety throughout our life. Tonight we have a very special speaker. Her name is Chantal. She has spent over thirty years dealing with her own anxiety. Recently Chantal woke up to search for her own answers and changes needed for her life. Chantal made it and walked out from the shadows. Now she reaches out to help others. We are lucky to have Chantal here to share research and her life experiences. As Chantal says, regardless of whether or not you are haunted by anxiety, we can all help through our support and patience. So let us welcome Chantal and offer her our support.

I read it a few times, failed to catch the errors. Please let me know.
It doesn't matter if it is over or not. For me, I always hope to improve.
The format is always not as the same as the one I use in Word.

It's still there. Now I wonder if I'm wrong.
L4, Accord to the latest survey - should it be According to...?
L5, Has become... - I think it is "has".
Good content, though.
