Stillness and Presence
Be still for moments, and imagine how liberating it is when you awaken to realize and accept without analysis that both past and future are activities of the present. The present is all that exists and will ever exist.
Be attentive to your surroundings, and contemplate how joyful it is when you are in the full presence at this present moment and enjoy peace of mind and contentment. Time loses its grip on you, and past and future are beyond care and awareness.
