Professor Shankarlal Purohit visited his son in Canada this summer and went to library and saw my book "Wings toward Sunlight". He likes it very much and contacted my publisher Mosaic Press and wanted to translate the whole book and publish it in India.

When Mosiac Press decided to publish "Wings Toward Sunlight" in 2010, they thought to publish it in both languages (Chinese and English), I suggested later with seperated books, because I know translating is not an easy task, even translating my own works, I need time to seek for suggestions, so in seperated book, I think it could make a little variation...I was very glad that Professor Shankarlal is willing to translate the whole book into hindi even before met me and Mosaic Press. Terry Barker (my book editor) and I met him after several emails, and we had a wonderful meeting. He went through all the poems in the book with me... he said not a burden, but a great pleasure.
