这是美国，英语国家，其它语言的国家，最著名的世界诗歌比赛，
可以说是我们诗人自己的诗歌世界杯，世界竞标赛，奥运会比赛，
我参加过十多个著名的德国诗歌奖比赛，但很遗憾，看样子德国人比较排斥外国人，在几年前，
因为这十多个著名的德国诗歌奖比赛，只把奖发给德国人，或者是在德国居住了几年的外国人，所以我落选了，
唯一的安慰是著名的德国威尔茨幻想文学奖组委会，来信感谢我的诗歌参加了威尔茨幻想文学，威尔茨幻想文学组委会这样对我说，我们感谢你和你的作品，冯文淑桑林，
但是威尔茨幻想文学奖组委会，也没有发奖给外国人的制度，所以，
另外，我还参加了爱尔兰十多个文化节的活动，但是我投给爱尔兰十多个文化节文化节的诗稿，是石沉大海了，在几年前，由此可见诗歌，和高级的审美趣味，在爱尔兰并不重要，
我的诗歌，还参加了澳大利亚一个文化节，但是也是石沉大海了，
另外，我的一短篇小说，参加过澳大利亚一个文学比赛，也是石沉大海了，在几年前
我的一短篇小说，参加过哥伦比亚的文学比赛，我的一短篇小说，在几年前，
我的一短篇小说，参加过英国的一个学院比赛，也是石沉大海了， 几年前，
还有，我到过苏格兰，和一苏格兰桂冠女诗人打过交道，她极其傲慢，只要你没有名气，她就不理睬你，这个苏格兰桂冠女诗人的诗歌水平，显然比我的诗歌水平低，
最后，这个苏格兰桂冠女诗人，没有理睬我，她拒绝读我的诗歌，
她冷漠，傲慢极了，站在那美丽的荣誉宫殿的高高的屋顶上的光环中，拒绝转过身来看我这无名的小小的流浪诗人，在世界上许多国家中流浪的我这无名的小小的流浪诗人，在几年前，
另外，我看见过很多种形形色色的诗歌比赛，在几年来，我漫游世界的生活，过程中，但这很多种形形色色的诗歌奖比赛，缺乏真诚，和国际主义精神，他们往往是要收比较高的报名费，审稿费，才能参加他们的比赛，
而我非常清贫，所以，我不可能参加这很多种形形色色的诗歌比赛，
总结，我认为德国人基本上，还只有狭窄的民族主义，没有世界主义，国际主义的宽广如大海的胸怀，审美趣味比较低，
而美国人，就具有世界主义，国际主义的宽广如大海的胸怀，有最高的审美趣味，
而我在这里介绍的美国的the International Who\\\'s Who in Poetry世界诗歌比赛组织，就是典型的世界主义，国际主义的宽广如大海的胸怀，
