So many have come,
the aged door is pushed through,
I watch and wonder
where they are from.

Swaying on the dancing floor,
one after another, you
hold hands of strangers.
Some kiss your slim fingers,
others caress your splendid feathers.

Arrogantly you lift up your face.
Sorrowfully I lower my eyes.
The proud peacock, you, never turn around-
your bare emptiness, last night, I cried over,
removing your mask.

The music flow with the moon river.
My eyes shallow with a distant recall.
a thousand kisses deep down-
fairy with lies, all frozen snow.

I dance away, dance to the end.
The proud peacock, you, never turn around-
a lust path to tomorrow,
my burning fire shall die out.

I watch the crowd Masquerade Party,
your fabulous feathers all unfolded,
The proud peacock, you, dance away, dance
with another masquerade lover.
