Here is the comment from Jay.

In my humble opinion the "drawer" he writes about is his own head.
The poem?, and I use the word very loosely, is nothing about, nothing
written by a nothing in the head type of brain: for example:
I know, therefore I am.
I am therefore i know.
I have eyes, therefore I see.
I see because I have eyes.
But, what know I?
But, what see I?
Do you see?
And, if you see, do you know?
And, if you know,
what do you know?
This is the type of poetry I write when I have Writer's block, and can't think of anything good to write
