朋友问我为何写忧伤的诗。。。我说那我就开始写快乐的诗了。。。：）

休假前应一个朋友要求，可惜没想到任何这样的诗，只好自己写了。

I have returned to the play I was writing a couple of years ago. (I wrote a
play in between based on the book Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town.) I
stopped writing because I couldn't think of what to do with the Chinese
woman. Then it occurred to me. She could be a very smart woman. A scientist,
as well as very knowlegable about Chinese poetry. She explains to the
Canadians that Chinese people don't talk openly about ., but she knows a
poem that portrays a woman's pleasure.
Do you know of a Chinese poem that would fit?
Please don't spend hours of research on this. Just let me know if such a
poem exists. To be honest, I can't think of an equivalent English poem, but
I know they exist.

满月的清辉透过树影的婆娑
投射到我手中的苹果上。
风过，窗外又落下几颗。

我像蓄水的荷塘，
等着鱼苗的放养。
白色的藕节脆脆作响，
姑苏桥拱起如受孕的宝塔，
一扁渔舟在钟声中荡漾。

Window and Mirror

Window pleads to Mirror:
Let us be in alliance.
I watch outside;
you look inside.

Mirror stands in silence.
Window closes himself within.

A rock thrown in
breaks the window
and shatters the mirror.

Mirror no more reflects anything intact.
Window becomes open,
scenery viewed outwards and inwards.
