Wow, this is my kind of poem!!! The thirty-one pieces could refer to an extra silver coin, or the mirror itself - broken and needing reassembly. We can't always put life back together, the way it was. The old woman who "bent into" that mirror doesn't see herself - or become - anything close to what we do.
The only thing I'm not sure about is the final line - the word "many". I think it refers to the idea that a reflected face can be reflected over and over like a crowd. I just find "many" a bit vague. If you said "our single faces turn into many" then I'd get a more clear idea. Or "our faces turn into an army" or "turn into a mob" or "turn into a country" or whatever -- to charge it up a bit, add an extra layer.
This is my favourite poem of yours currently on this page.

But you know that holding the line for more than 3-minutes
