the salty blood
the bitter fruit
and praise the pale life
like stars blooming
but you do
trap a heart

I ‘m not sure of what you try to express in the first stanza.

我觉得，诗人在做“经验铺陈”的时候，多一些细节会更好。
You cannot hang on
......,.....
You cannot over-weigh
......,.....
but you do
你不............这种铺陈应有生动的细节的真实

Yes, it's confusing.
My suggestions are as follows:
I
You cannot hang on to/in (which one depends on your choice)
the other side
for gravity or guilt falls
no matter how the laurel muse sings
II
You cannot overemphasize (what do you mean over-weigh ?)
the salty blood
the bitter fruit
and praise a pale life (or and the praise for a pale life)
like stars blooming
