To feel Yoga again

It is time to feel Yoga again. Like other meditation, Yoga is a good excise to relax and balance yourself.
After long time, I thought I would feel pain to do all the stretch. But so far so good. I enjoyed it so much and totally relaxed.
And the good thing is it is so close to my house, beside the new library.
Next time I will come a little early since I want to ask how to breath correctly.
