Writing Poetry

Thus you recognize how difficult it is
to write poetry yet not reveal yourself,
no matter how carefully
you write in a distant and observing way;
as if you are in love,
You cannot simply put it In the past tense.
Poetry revives your personas,
words wrap your delicate egg
in layer upon layer of life.
The more your thoughts sewn in threads,
the more your heart flutters like butterflies;
as if you put them into a pale cocoon,
you wait for readers to crack it.
