I like this summer very much. It is cooler and rains a lot. It is much like the one in Vancouver.
I remember the summer in 2005 we visited Vancouver. I was very impressed by the beautiful and cool weather. I wish I could live there after I retire. But the house price is much higher, so I don’t know.
I kind of getting used to Toronto, though winter is too long and summer too short. So we always stay here in summer and save vacations for winter. In winter, we plan to take vacation in warm places.
These two days it gets hot. But this morning it rained and we got up early. Since I work at home on Tuesday, I take my son for a nice walk. It only takes 15 minutes, but it feels so fresh and clean outside.
After that I start my work. But most of the time, if it is hot outside, I will stay inside. I may go for walk at night. When the air cools down and the night quiets, I am so glad to be out there.
I am glad we have a trail back our house. The trail attracts many birds and small animals. There are also many unknown flowers. It just feels like countryside, quiet and peaceful.
