Flood

Water is one of the most important things for us.It's importance almost as same as sunlight and air.
Sometimes,if there are too much of water ,it'll be disaster,we call flood.
How does flood causes?
In general,there're tow ways will cause flood.
One, it's rainstorm .For example,if it rain very heavy and non-stop,and our drainage system would not drain it,
water float and run anywhere,river-level raising too fast,flood would happen.
There're another way would cause flood.
For example,there is a famous river in China,call yellow River, which has more than 300 miles of riverbed are higher
3-5 meters than ground.So, there were dyke breaking caused many times of floods until present.
There were one time of famous dyke breaking of Yellow River,called "Huayuankou Dyke Breaking",it happened in Zhengzhou,Henan,China in 1938.
The time backed to Second War.Japanese concentrated many army,intended to attack Wuhan from Zhengzhou.Wuhan was temporary capital of China, by that time.The situation was very dangerous ,and nothing could do.
The president,Jiang Jieshi,had to order his army to bomb out the dyke of "Huayuankou".The idea called "using Water to Replace Army"
In July 9Th 1938,jiang jieshi's army bombed out the dyke.It looked the terrible water ran from the sky, swept away everything when it through whatever.
There were 3 provinces had been flooded,including 44 counties.There were 980,000 people dead and there were 12,000,000 people homeless.
Because the huge flood,Japaness troops got into trouble.
Jiang Jieshi's army grabbed the chance to attack ,and destroyed more than 1000 of them.
Finally,the flood delayed Japaness Army to attack Wuhan at least 3 months.China got a small victory,but payed too much.
So,natural flood is fearful,but flood made by human being our self ,is more frightful.

Talking Mao Tse-tung simply

Mao was born in Xiangtan,Hunan,China in 1893.
He was very famous,not only because he was a leader of Communist Party of China,but also because he commanded Army of Communist Party to drive the troops of Guomindang to Taiwan,and finally built Republic of China.
But,it,s pity, at old age,Mao became a person he wanted to beat down at his youth.
Since Mao was a young man,He chased liberty,democracy and objected to feudalism and autarchist in heat.
He followed the Three People's Principles (Nationalism, Democracy and the People's Livelihood) put forward by Dr. Sun Yat-sen,and he became a few people that built Communist Party of China at his age of twenty-eight in 1921.
After that,he went to countryside of Hunan,investigated peasants and wrote a famous report called,<REPORT ON AN INVESTIGATION OF THE PEASANT MOVEMENT IN HUNAN >,in 1927.
It was one of the great events of that year in the economic struggle of the Hunan.
Mao Tse-tung spent thirty-two days in Hunan Province to making an investigation and he wrote this report in order to answer these criticisms.By that time,Hunan Province was then the centre of the peasant movement in China.
Then,he went to Guangzhou,and he taught in the National Institute of Peasant Movement, Guangzhou,furthermore,he became a very famous leader of peasant movement in China.
After broken partnership of Communist Party and Guomindang ,Mao pobulised a famous words,"Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun." Then he Organized and led "Autumn Harvest Uprising in Hunan-Jiangxi Border Region",and built workers' and peasants' Red Army of China.He became a leader of Red Army.
In 1931,Mao and his comrade in army built Soviet Republic of China in Jiangxi province,and he had been elected to be the chairman in temporary government.
Sinc 1930,Jiang-jieshi,leader of Guomindang and President of China by that time, commanded his Army of guomindang ,attacked Soviet Republic of China in Jiangxi province for five times continuously.
At last time,Red Army was defeated.
From 1934 to 1936,Mao and Red Army began Long March,and went to Yanan.
After 8 years of anti-Japan war and 5 years of civil war between Communist Party and Guomindang,finally,Mao and Communist Party of China overcame Army of Guomindang.
In 1949,Mao and Communist Party of China founded the People's Republic of China.
Since that year,Mao was a last one of feudal emperors in China.
In the age of peace ,the most important things is economic development.Although Mao was very good at war and writing Chinese ancient poetry ,but he was very bad at how to do economic development.
So,vice president of China,called Liu-shaoqi,who got chance to lead the job of economic development.between 1960 to 1965,Liu got a huge succeed. Rapidly,Liu,s authority exceeded Mao.
people Stared to hang Mao,s picture and liu,s picture together anywhere on the wall,and people always cheered,"long long life of Chairman Mao!" and cheered,'long long life of chairman Liu!"
Mao very hated situation like that.
According to the Chinese costomed,"it,s impossible that there,re tow tigers in one mountain as a king of animal" ,and another famous words said," it,s impossible that there,re tow suns on the sky."
Mao felt he should thought that how to remove from Liu.He thought:the best way was that to make a mass movement to get rid of him.
In 1966,Mao went to Shanghai and incited high school students to knock down Liu.He said that there is a bad man in our party(Communist),he wanted to change the red color of our socialism into blak color of capitalism,did you agree? And he said somethings to hint who was him.
Of course they didn,t agree.They side,"knock down him and step on him,let him can not stand up for ever!"
Mao,s words is like a torch to lightened their mind and fired their passion of sea.
The fire spreaded to Beijing quickly.These students,
called "hong wei bin",became a huge powerful group around hole china.They had right and ability to beat down anyone.
They beated Liu to dead and many other people included many comrades that Mao wanted to remove from,and also they beated many artists,writer,scientists.....with very with cruel way.
The hole China broken up many different groups That attacked each other with gun and stick.
Finally,there were millions of people dead.
The mass movement stared by Mao,called "culture revolution" until Mao,s dead in 1976.
Mao was very succeed as a machinator.He beaten whoever he wanted without one of his finger.All the people in China adored him and feared him.He became a sun only on sky,his power as same as God.
He spent more than half century to became a great man and became a feudalism and an autarchist from a young man chased liberty,democracy and object to feudalism and autarchist in heat.
He was a enemy of himself!

My neighbor,Mr Dong

Mr. Dong is from Shanghai,he is one of my neighbors as a roommate.He is a chinese doctor and he has doing different kinds of part time jobs.He is more than forty years old ,middling high and he is bald hair .
We are all,four people , are come from different parts of China .We live in the house ,share a kitchen and a bathroom.
We live together one and half years .
We all don,t like Dong,we think he is false and he like to profit at other people,s expense often.
More than one of years ago ,Dong gave me a bad impression when I moved into my room form another place , by that day .
It was my first time to meet Dong in our kitchen:He said to me with smileing and so polite,"Do I have made any trouble to you?For example ,after my going to washroom,water too loud! Do I have?"
I thought it,s normal ,It,s no need to say like that at all .It looked his expression was very false. I guessed Mr. Dong should have somethings to ask me to do for him .After half of hour ,he took two pieces of papers, came to my room,said ,“please help me to take looke it ,translate it......hehe" He smiled so nice with overdo.
Dong always said that his family was very rich ,his father was a powerful officer and got very good pay; he has doing a business which earned money very much .
One afternoon,he returned home and said to me "It,s very good ,today ,just today ,I earned three thousands dallors" and then, he laugh loudly .
Twenty minutes later ,Mrs,Wang,our landlord came and met dong in the kitchen,she said to Dong ,you should pay rent to me today ,you owed me more than three months......
I heard their conversation in my room ,Dong interrupted her said ,"Please little voice ,don,t say any more,please ..... "
Two days later ,landlord told me he owed her rent for six months last year.
Dong always said that in general he goes to restaurant to eat,but actually,he cooked often ,and he always borrowed dish or bowl sauce ,pan , shovel slice, knife and chopping board from me ,and sometimes from others ,because he would not like to buy somgethings needs .He also borrows bus pass often from me .
I remembered one day ,about ten in a evening ,Dong said to me ," Restaurant closed,I am hungry,I have to cook .May I borrow your pan and shovel slice ?" I said yes .He asked again ,"oh,yes,I deed your kitchen knife and chopping board" I passed to him.
Since that time ,just after a few times,he took many things of mine without any asking,furthermore ,it seemed he tooked them as same as his home.
He said that our shanghai people treat others very nice ,but a student who was a neighbor of Dong ,had to moved to another place becaus he was unbearable of Dong talking on phone all night long loudly.
He always said to my landlord Mrs.Wang and Mr. Wang that I like your dog (calls BoBo) very much ,but I saw that he beaten and mistreated BoBo many times with cruel way.
As many people said ,you have no way to like most part of Shanghai people .We all roommates felt that Dong,s behaviour is bad,false and we all agreed: he is likes a comedy actor to make us laughing.

感谢您直言高见！
我的感觉可能和您相近。如果说有问题，可能音律平仄方面有问题。这个问题我是这样看：就算仿诗经形式吧，按古一点的要求，不按后来的严格音律，大约就充个四言自由体吧。因为要一韵到底，所以难勉重字重音，为此，我也特别注意，自少不要在同一小节出现同音和同字情况，能做的也就这些了。我写诗歌比较信马由缰，古体诗歌，我会用现代诗歌的手法，反过来现代诗歌中，我会用古典诗歌的手法，只要有助于表达思想感情，而且符合文气的灌注和流淌，我觉得可以接受任何手法。方法始终是为内容服务的。
一般来讲，古诗——非近体诗，可以不讲平仄，在古绝句中，甚至平仄韵都可用，只要在同一节里用同种韵就可。这是我有限的一些常识，不知兄台还有别的一些我不熟悉和了解的内容可以告知。
我还想，等我有空时候，我会用七言歌行体来改写这首四言诗歌，看看又是何种味道？您认为如何？

compare my parents

My father and my mother came from different families.
They had different faces,personalties,methods, and attitudes to treate people,but they also had some similarities.
My father,came from a traditional business family,which was very large .He did business as early as age six.He followed
his third brother to learn how to do business.
My father,s last name is very famouse and very old, called LIU. According to the information said that there,re more than seventy million people,s fimily name are LIU in China.
My father was averge high,around 1.64 metrs.He had a pair of small eyes ,a high nose,white skine,and he had a very brihgt,strong and very high voice.If he would had been to meet Mr Pavarotti many years ago ,he probably woulde be a very famous singer.
My father had blood typ A ,I thought.He was a chicken-hearted person.He was gentle,soft-hearted and he got angry easily. In perticuler,with my mother becase their different ideas.Sometimes,they quarreled in the heat of the moment, but,he would changed to a smiling face immediately,if he saw a guste or a friend appear at our house .
Many years ago ,when I was ten years old and in a school,I got a bad marke and my father beat me angrily.I wished some friends or a relative of mine would come to our house to rescue me.After a long time ,an old lady who was a friende of my father,s came into our house.She liked me very much,so she grabbed my father,s stick and that situation was over.
My mother was born in a peasant family.She came to a town to live after she married my father at age seventeen.My
mother,s last name was Zhou,an ordinary surname.
She was 1.62 metres tall,She had a couple of gentle,eyes,a round,nose,nice looking lips,very white skin.
I strongly believe that mother has blood typ B. She was kind-hearted,passionate and courage.She woudle liked to help
other people weake or poor.She was very talkative and liked to sing songs.
Many people liked to make friends whith my mother ,and she built very good relations with a few that last untill death.
My mother was not as good as my father at managing money. She woulde lend money to people without any signing and paper.
She always bought cheaper clothes to send to her poor relatives who lived in the countryside.She often saide:"we don't forget we are poor people that come from a poor place;If you could help others ,ever a bit,why don,t you do it?"
I always remember this story: When I was five years old ,I fought with a boy who was four.His father saw and took a big stick .He came to help his son beat me.I feared him very much and shouted "mother!----".My mother took a shovele slice and ran out from the kitchen,shouting to sotp that very strong man.She stood opposite the man like a hero!
My parents had very different personalities,but almost eneryone liked them because of their sincere ,kind,and lovely characteristcs.
