I used to feel lucky
on each boxing day;
when I got good deals
I would be so content.

Such satisfaction was ended
as One winter I found
good things were never for sale
and what I desired were never on the market.

Though each boxing week
I am still on the line-up,
I pretend not knowing
the truth.
