How can you become beautiful?

In the snow white story, every night, the evil queen asked her magic mirror,
“Who is the most beautiful woman in the world?” If the mirror gave her the answer,
You are the most beautiful woman, she was glad. If not, she was angry and wanted to destroy other beauties.

When you heard this story, did you think the queen was beautiful? No, certainly not.

Mr. Toastmaster, fellow toastmaster and welcome guests,

Every morning before the mirror, what do you see?
A beautiful self?

If your answer, yes. Good for you.

If you doubt this, then do you want to find how to become beautiful?

In fact, my friends, you are. You are beautiful.

You just happen to have not dug it out yet.

Now let me share a few photos of mine with you.

Those were taken in 4 years ago. Those were taken 1 year ago.

Which group do you like? Why?

Yes, you all agree these are better.

To tell you the truth, all of my friends said this two years I became beautiful and lovely.
I became myself again. How? Because I found myself and love myself again.

5 years ago, after giving birth to my son, I had a huge change. I thought and felt my main role was as a mother. I willingly gave up my own desire and my own dream.

I understood that was mother’s nature. Slowly I lost my dignity and made a compromise to each one in our family.

They took grant of the change and took advantage of the concept “mom should sacrifice”.

This kind of feeling hurt me unconsciously till one day I expressed it by writing. I asked myself why I was not happy and looked miserable.

Through writing, I found a pure heart and beautiful mind never died, like gold buried waiting to be discovered.

I began to love myself again. And that kind of love reflects from the inside out. I am beautiful again. (Believe me, I seldom make up)

I learnt love is the key to become beautiful. Love yourself, love will make the change.
The more you love and approve of yourself the more others will tend to like you.

People reflect back what you feel about yourself.

But how to find yourself and love yourself

1。 Be reality. Don’t be too harsh on yourself.

Remember no one can be perfect. Try to accept your weak points but enhance your strength.

Every one is different, every one is unique, and every one has its own strength.

Silken Laumann is the former world champion in rowing. She told her story.

When she was in grade 3, she still could not distinguish alphabet. Her teacher came to her home, told her not to worry. Everyone had its own strength, one day she would find it out.
She said from that day on, she always remembers what her teacher told her, and she never gave up her hope.
10 years later, she became a world champion in rowing

2。 Share your love. I find when I love myself, I become more good-tempered and open minded. I accept others more. And enjoy life more.

3. Appreciate others’ love.

If other people love you, appreciate it.

Love is gifts. Love is treasure. Appreciate others’ love will bring you more love and you will be more confident and self-esteem.

4. Avoid to be too focusing on yourself.

There is a mistake when someone thinks they should love themselves. They pay too much attention to themselves and focus less on others.

Love yourself is not self-fish, it is about self-esteem. It is attitude about how you value yourself.

Remember People reflect back what you feel about yourself.

Loving yourself is knowing yourself and accepting yourself.

When you look into the mirror, say to yourself, I love myself. Keeping on loving yourself,
You will find the change soon.
