各位叔叔阿姨们！

我来加拿大2年不到，想去加入学校里的学生会。
我去竞争的position是juniro treasurer，是通过和senior tresearurer 还有 学生会老师的面试 来决定的

大家的孩子有没有这样的面试经验？有没有一些好的tips 传授阿？
我去年也去过，没选上，今年是最后一次机会了

求大家帮帮忙！

晓鸣先生，我知道你的孩子很厉害，也是学生会的treasurer,可不可以请他传授一点interview tips 或者其他的tips 给我呢？
我把我的过去的经验也贴上

2005 Cayley Math Contest School Champion, 7th in Canada
2005 AMC 10 School Champion, 3rd in Ontario
2005 AIME Qualifier

2006 Canadian Open Mathematical Challenge School Champion (65/75)
2006 AMC 10 School Champion for 2 consecutive years, perfect scorer of 2006
2006 AIME Qualifier, scored 9 out of 15
2006 USAMO Qualifier

Extra-curricular Activities:

2005 executive of school science club ATOM
-Director of School Science Olympics
2005-present volunteer at Scarborough Grace Hospital (158 hours)
-Gift shop cashier
-Customer service and simple bookkeeping tasks

2006 junior math club president
-Founded the In-school Junior Math Contest for junior students who have an interest in math
-Make up questions for each In-school Junior Math Contest
-Discuss math problems with math club members
- Encourage other students to join the math club
2006 yearbook photographer
2006 Campbell Ambassador
-Help students who are new to our school (sometimes this country) to familiarize themselves with the school environment using my language skills
- Serve as a translator on Parent/Teacher Nights
2006 founder and president of Help Our Health
-organize various health-based events to improve awareness of healthy life style among students
-editor of the health newsletter—Takeluc, which contains latest health news, information and interesting facts; the newsletter is available in the library for students who are interested
2006 spirit week committee member
-organize and direct the events of School Spirit Week
2006 drama club member
-Perform in School Performance Art Assembly
2006 English & Math Peer Tutor

Languages:

Mandarin, Shanghainese, English; limited French and Cantonese
English skill: Good, with a final mark of 91 in Gr 10 Academic English last semester.

sandy你好!我儿子没有做过treasurer， 他只做过Student council secretary和学校报纸的financial manager. Student Council Seecretary的产生是通过公开竞选，由全体同学投票产生。 与你们学校的treasurer产生过程有所不同。

我觉得interview最重要的是你的想法.即如果你选上treasurer后你会有什么切实可行的措施，把这方面的工作做的比别人好。 新的好的想法是出奇制胜的关键。其次是展示你个人的能力，主要是社会活动能力。 特别强调你说服人的能力， 因为treasurer在Student Council 最难做， 经常需要和各种人协调。
