双语对照版《世界当代诗人大辞典》征稿启事

为了弘扬伟大的诗歌艺术和人文精神，经由美国著名女诗人、翻译家、国际作家艺术家协会（IWA）主席TERESINKA PEREIRA教授提议，中国当代著名女诗人、作家、书法家蔡丽双博士，以海纳百川的大胸怀，欣然出资20，000美元，编辑、出版《世界当代诗人大辞典》（双语对照），籍此推动世界诗歌的交流和发展，促进世界诗歌的翻译与研究”。现将双语对照版《世界当代诗人大辞典》具体的征稿事宜，公布如下：

一、 举凡世界各国健在的诗人，不论国籍、民族、语种、信仰、年龄、性别，均可来稿；
二、请寄来你的代表性诗作1—2首（总行数以不超过45行为佳），个人自然小传一份（请控制在500个单词或250字内，主要内容包括姓名、笔名、性别、出生年月日、出生地、国籍、工作经历、何时开始诗歌写作或发表作品、重要成就、主要作品等），同时附上精美的4英寸个人彩色或黑白照片二帧。稿末请附上准确的通讯地址、邮政编码、电话、电子信箱等，资料不足者，不予受理；
三、 如果你的来稿不是汉语、英语、法语、德语、日语、俄语，那么，请你提供英语或汉语译本；
四、《世界当代诗人大辞典》，大16K，约900页，软精装，封面为250g铜版卡，内页为80g铜版纸；
五、每一位入选的诗人，均将免费赠送《世界当代诗人大辞典》样书一册；
六、截稿日期：2009年8月底。
七、出版日期：2009年12月底。
八、由于工程浩大，时间紧迫，所有来稿，请尽可能提供电子文档；

Notice to Contributors of A Dictionary of Contemporary International Poets

In a view of carrying forward the great spirit of poetry art and humanities, proposed by Prof. Teresinka Pereira, a famous American poetess, writer and translator, president of IWA, Dr. CHOI Laishuang, a famous Chinese poetess, writer and calligrapher has generously provided capital (20,000 USD) for compiling A Dictionary of Contemporary International Poets (multilingual), so as to promote the communication and development of world poetry as well as its translation and research. Detailed information is as follows:
1. Any poet alive is welcome to send your contributions, irrespective of nationality, race, language, religion, age or ..
2. Please send or e-mail us one or two of your representative poems (it is better within 45 lines in total), a brief biography (within 500 words; its main substance include : name, pen name, ., date of birth, birthplace, nationality, experience of job, from which year you begin to write or publish your works, main achievement in poetry writing, prizes, major publications of poems and etc. ) and two photos (colored or white-black; 4 inches large ); please add your address, post code, Tel. number, e-mail at the end of the last piece of paper of your contribution. Any one whose data is not complete is refused.
3．If your contribution is not written in Chinese, English, French，German, Japanese and Russian, please offer us your contribution written in Chinese or English.
4. About the publishing norm of A Dictionary of Contemporary International Poets: 16 K, about 900 pages, soft hardcover, cover printed with 250g copperplate paper, inner pages printed with 80g copperplate paper;
5. Each author whose works has been recorded in this dictionary will get a copy of this dictionary, free of charge.
6. The Deadline is August 31，2009；
7. The date of publication：December 2009;
8. Compiling a dictionary is a massive project, for convenience, pleases send your contributions as soon as possible, and you are welcome to send your contribution via e-mail.
